<Description>The PlasMag Faraday Cup provides very high time resolution (0.5 second) solar wind bulk properties in three dimensions, which coupled with magnetic field data (20 vectors/second), allows the investigation of solar wind waves and turbulence at unprecedented time resolution. This, in turn, allows new insights into the basic plasma properties: the process of turbulent cascade and the rate of reconnection. Both topics are critical in understanding the nature of coronal heating.</Description>
