      <Description>The FVA experiments (a part of ANM/AND package) consist of two pairs of 63deg section cylindrical plate 
        electrostatic analyzers. Each pair consists of one analyzer for electrons and one  
        for protons. Voltages of ±187 and ±750 V are applied to the plates to select ~1.5 keV 
        in one pair, and ~6 keV in the second pair of analyzers.
