 AMDA accepts the following time formats in netCDF files: <br/>
  
  <ul>  
    <li> double     (seconds from 01/01/1970)
    <li> string ISO (YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.MSK)
    <li> string DD Time (YYYYDOYHHMMSSMSK, where DOY = Day-Of-Year -1)
  </ul>
