L1 - velocity moment SW
2024-02-23T14:57:21Z
The BepiColombo mission conducted the second of its six flybys of Mercury on 23 June 2022. Like the first encounter with Mercury that took place on October 1st 2021, the spacecraft approached the planet from dusk-nightside to dawn-dayside down to an extremely close distance (within about 200 km altitude from the planet surface).
L mode onboard velocity moment data from anode channels with mechanical attenuation grid (sw channels) in M1 mode (Solar Wind Mode).
