            Cassini RPWS Neproxy data contains all available RPWS Langmuir probe (LP) floating potentials and secondary products, electron number densities and spacecraft potentials.
            Parameter plotting arguments:
            FLOATING_POTENTIAL : measured electric potential at the probe in volts
            SPACECRAFT_POTENTIAL : electric potential at the spacecraft surface derived from the probe floating potential
            ELECTRON_NUMBER_DENSITY : derived proxy electron number density</Description>
