netCDF Time Format

AMDA accepts the following time formats in netCDF files:

double (seconds from 01/01/1970)
string ISO (YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.MSK)
string DD Time (YYYYDOYHHMMSSMSK, where DOY = Day-Of-Year -1)
