Southern And Northern SKR phase systems at AMDA

• Southern and northern SKR phase systems are taken from Observatory of Paris/LESIA website
  
• For each kronian hemisphere (North and South), we have:
  • period : SKR dominant period in hours
  • phi : SKR phase system (in which SKR maxima peak about 0deg)
  • drift: SKR peak phase with respect to an arbitrary period (10.7928h in S and 10.6h in N)
• The North data starts at day 2005-03-25.
