Axis control is possible in Non-Simplified View only. To get there uncheck the <i>SimplifiedView</i> checkbox.

In the Non-Simplified View you can modify axis scale/ ranges/ legends. Just click the desired axe 
on the left panel - to get all axe settings on the right panel.
